These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern your use of our application and the Discord bot website, VLesnix Guard (hereinafter — "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using VLesnix Guard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you use our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User obligations and prohibited use

You agree to use our Services responsibly and in accordance with the law. You are prohibited:

• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer our Services.

• Using our Services to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

• Using our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Stalking, harassing, or harming other users through our Services.

• Impersonating any natural or legal person, or falsely claiming affiliation.

• Using our assets, logos, or branding without explicit written permission.

• Interfering with the operation of the Services or servers, or disrupting their functionality.

• Bypassing any security features or access restrictions.

• Using automated systems or bots to access our Services without prior authorization.

3. Intellectual property rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of VLesnix Guard or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Privacy and data protection

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using VLesnix Guard, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with the terms set forth in our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, AMONG OTHERS, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VLESNIX GUARD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR BUSINESS GOODWILL.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VLesnix Guard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to our Services without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue providing our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date in the "Last updated" field. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, and you unconditionally submit to the laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
